Handyman Services

🔧 General Handyman Rates

✅ £45 per hour (Minimum 1 hour)
✅ Half Day (up to 4 hours): £160
✅ Full Day (up to 8 hours): £300
✅ Two-person team: £70 per hour (for large/heavy jobs)

🚿 Plumbing Services

Typical jobs: Leaking taps, blocked sinks, toilets not flushing, fitting new taps, resealing baths/showers, radiator bleeding

✅ £50 per hour (Minimum 1 hour)
✅ Half Day: £180 | Full Day: £340 (for multiple plumbing jobs)
✅ Parts/materials charged at cost (receipts provided)
✅ No gas work — water systems only

🚨 Emergency Call-Out Rates

(Same day, out-of-hours, or urgent repairs — subject to availability)
✅ Weekdays (8am – 6pm): £90 call-out (includes first hour), £45 per additional hour
✅ Evenings (after 6pm) / Weekends / Bank Holidays:
£120 call-out (includes first hour), £60 per additional hour
✅ Includes assessment, advice, and minor fixes during the first hour
✅ Parts/materials charged separately at cost

✅ Additional Info

  • Parking / permit costs: added to the final invoice if applicable

  • Materials: charged at cost

  • Waste removal: quoted separately if needed

  • Evening/weekend pre-booked work: +20%
