🚨 Emergency Call-Out Rates

For urgent, out-of-hours or same-day issues – subject to availability)

✅ Weekdays (8am–6pm)

  • £120 Emergency Call-Out (includes first hour)

  • £60/hour thereafter

✅ Evenings, Weekends & Bank Holidays

  • £150 Emergency Call-Out (includes first hour)

  • £75/hour thereafter

🔁 Disruption Fee:
If we need to leave another job early to attend your emergency, a £50 disruption charge will apply.

💡 What’s Included:

  • Rapid attendance (where possible)

  • First hour includes fault finding, minor repairs, and advice

  • Materials/parts charged separately at cost

💸 Need More Work Done?
If you book the full repair with us, we’ll deduct a portion of the call-out fee and offer discounted scheduled rates.
